  • Payment data: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We store only transaction reference IDs — never card numbers or financial details.
  • Usage data: Anonymous analytics to understand how the platform is used.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data under the following legal bases:

  • Contract performance: To provide our platform services, including vacancy visibility and application processing.
  • Legitimate interest: To improve our platform, prevent fraud, and provide relevant role alerts.
  • Consent: For talent pool inclusion, CV database visibility to employers, and optional communications.
  • Legal obligation: To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Talent Pool and CV Database

If you choose to join the talent pool:

  • Your profile and CV will be visible to participating employers with premium access.
  • This requires your explicit opt-in consent — it is never pre-selected.
  • You can withdraw consent at any time, which immediately removes your profile from employer visibility.
  • Consent timestamps are logged for audit purposes.

5. Data Sharing

We share personal data only with:

  • Employers: Application data is shared with the specific employer for the role you apply to. Talent pool data is shared only with employers who have premium access, and only if you have opted in.
  • Payment processor: Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified) for payment processing.
  • Infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting within the EU/EEA.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time
